Note: Kalamazoo County Clerk’s office does not accept absentee voter (AV) ballots, voters must visit their local city/township clerk to drop off their AV ballots or vote early in-person.

As the February 27, 2024 Presidential Primary Election approaches, the City of Kalamazoo Branch Clerk's Office extends its support to ensure seamless participation in this vital democratic process. Conveniently situated on the Upper Level of the Fetzer Center, the Clerk's Office is dedicated to providing the necessary resources for voter engagement.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Saturday, February 24th: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Monday, February 26th: 9 AM - 4 PM
- Election Day, Tuesday, February 27th: 7 AM - 8 PM
Early voting options:
- Starting: Saturday, February 17th, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Ending: Sunday, February 25th, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Early Voting is open for nine days before State and Federal Elections
